Organization of Persons with Disabilities
Organization of persons with disabilities — all-Russian public organizations of persons with disabilities (including those created as unions of public organizations of persons with disabilities), among whose members persons with disabilities and their legal representatives constitute not less than eighty percent, and organizations whose charter (contributory) capital is entirely composed of contributions from all-Russian public organizations of persons with disabilities and in which the average number of persons with disabilities in relation to other employees is not less than fifty percent, and the share of wages paid to persons with disabilities in the wage fund is not less than twenty-five percent1.
