Encumbrance of an Unregistered Real Estate Object
A burden on an unregistered real estate object is deemed to have arisen from the day of its inclusion in the list of unregistered real estate objects published in the Unified Federal Register of Legally Significant Information on Facts of Activities of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Other Economic Activity Subjects, with a note indicating the presence of a burden on such an object1.
