Protocol of the preliminary selection of competition participants - including the name (for a legal entity) or surname, first name, and patronymic (for an individual entrepreneur) of the applicant who has passed the preliminary selection and is admitted to participate in the competition, as well as the name (for a legal entity) or surname, first name, and patronymic (for an individual entrepreneur) of the applicant who has not passed the preliminary selection and is not admitted to participate in the competition, with justification of the decision made by the competition committee¹.
