Resident of the Technology Implementation Special Economic Zone
A resident of the technology implementation special economic zone is an individual entrepreneur or a commercial organization (except for a state unitary enterprise), registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation within the territory of the municipal formation, within the boundaries of which the special economic zone is located (within the territory of one of the municipal formations, if the special economic zone is located on the territories of several municipal formations), or within the territory of a federal city, within the boundaries of which the special economic zone is located, and having concluded an agreement with the management bodies of the special economic zones on the conduct of technology implementation activities or an agreement on the conduct of industrial-production activities in the technology implementation special economic zone in accordance with the procedures and conditions provided for by this Federal Law1.
