Resident of the tourist and recreational special economic zone
A resident of the tourist-recreational special economic zone is an individual entrepreneur or a commercial organization (except for a state unitary enterprise), registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation within the territory of the municipal formation where the special economic zone is located (within the territory of one of the municipal formations, if the special economic zone is located on the territories of several municipal formations), or within the territory of a federal city where the special economic zone is located, and having concluded an agreement with the management bodies of special economic zones on the conduct of activities in accordance with the procedures and conditions provided for by this Federal Law1.
