Person Subjected to Administrative Penalty
The person subjected to administrative punishment — the person subjected to administrative punishment for committing administrative offenses provided for in Articles 20.3 and 20.29 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses, if voting in elections of deputies of the State Duma will take place before the expiration of the period during which the person is considered to have been subjected to administrative punishment (as amended by Federal Law No. 211-FZ dated July 24, 2007 - Collection of Laws of the Russian Federation, 2007, No. 31, Article 4008)1.
The person subjected to administrative punishment — for committing an administrative offense provided for in Article 20.3 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses, if voting in elections of the President of the Russian Federation will take place before the expiration of the period during which the person is considered to have been subjected to administrative punishment2.
The person subjected to an administrative penalty — for committing an administrative offense provided for in Article 20.3 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses, if voting in elections of deputies of the State Duma will take place before the expiration of the period during which the person is considered to have been subjected to an administrative penalty (ceased to be effective as of 2014-02-22)3.
