Creditor Organization
Creditor organization - an organization in whose favor a court decision has been issued, which has become enforceable and has not been executed within 10 days (hereinafter referred to as the court decision) on the recovery from the debtor of monetary amounts due to non-performance by him of obligations relating to payment of housing fees, utility services and communication services1.
