Administrators of receipts for the income group "2 00 00000 00 - gratuitous receipts" - administrators of receipts for the income group "2 00 00000 00 - gratuitous receipts" (in the part of revenues credited to the federal budget), as well as for the subgroup "3 03 00000 00 - gratuitous receipts from entrepreneurial and other revenue-generating activities" (in the part of revenues credited to the federal budget) are authorized federal state authorities responsible for calculating these funds1.
