Notice of Tender Proceedings
Tender notice — is published by the tender organizer on the official tender website no less than fifteen calendar days, but not less than ten working days before the end of the period for submitting applications to participate in the tender if it is conducted in the form of an auction and no less than twenty-five calendar days before the end of the period for submitting applications to participate in the tender if it is conducted in the form of a competition, unless other terms are established by federal laws1.
