Unplanned inspection
An unscheduled inspection - the subject of an unscheduled inspection is compliance by the inspected party with the requirements of antitrust legislation in carrying out its activities, or, if the basis for conducting such an inspection is paragraph 3 of part 4 of this article, performance of a previously issued order1.
