News aggregator
A news aggregator is a program for electronic computing machines, a website and (or) a webpage on the Internet, which are used to process and distribute news information on the Internet in the state language of the Russian Federation, the state languages of republics that are part of the Russian Federation or other languages of the peoples of the Russian Federation, on which advertising aimed at attracting the attention of consumers located within the territory of the Russian Federation can be disseminated, and to which access is available to more than one million Internet users per day (ceased to be in force as of 2019-03-18)1.
A news aggregator is a website and (or) a webpage on the Internet, and (or) an information system, and (or) a program for electronic computing machines used to process and distribute news information on the Internet in the state language of the Russian Federation, the state languages of republics that are part of the Russian Federation or other languages of the peoples of the Russian Federation, on which advertising aimed at attracting the attention of consumers located within the territory of the Russian Federation may be disseminated, and to which access is available to more than one million users of the Internet during a day2.
