Federal State Information System
Federal state information system - a federal state information system of information resources of information and telecommunication networks, access to which is restricted1.
Federal State Information System - is being developed and operated in order to improve the efficiency of medical and biological support for athletes of the Russian Federation's national sports teams, national sports teams of the subjects of the Russian Federation, and national sports teams of the federal territory "Sirius," including athletes engaged in adaptive sports, and is intended for organizing information interaction between information providers to the federal state information system and users of the federal state information system specified in paragraph 5 of this article, and for automating the processes of collecting and processing data on medical and biological support for the athletes mentioned in this part, including their health status during their inclusion in lists of candidates for national sports teams of the Russian Federation, and (or) national sports teams of the subjects of the Russian Federation, and (or) national sports teams of the federal territory "Sirius"2.
