A Russian commercial organization or a Russian non-commercial organization controlled by a foreign entity — an organization whose decisions the foreign entity is able to determine due to its predominant direct and (or) indirect participation in this organization, participation in a contract (agreement) the subject of which is management of this organization, or other features of relations between the foreign entity and this organization and (or) other persons (ceased to be effective as of 2019-03-18)¹.
