Russian commercial organization
A Russian commercial organization - a Russian commercial organization as specified in this subitem is a commercial organization controlled by the Russian Federation, and (or) a subject of the Russian Federation, and (or) a municipal formation, and (or) a citizen of the Russian Federation, and (or) persons controlled jointly or individually by them1.
