Place of residence
Place of stay - a residential premises that is not the place of residence, or any other premises where a foreign citizen or a stateless person actually resides (regularly uses for sleeping and resting), or an organization at the address of which a foreign citizen or a stateless person is subject to registration for the purpose of stay in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 21 of this Federal Law1.
