Assistance in the acceptance of applications for registration, notifications of arrival, and the receipt of necessary documents — provides assistance to territorial bodies of the federal executive authority in the field of internal affairs in the acceptance of applications for the registration of foreign citizens at their place of residence, notifications of the arrival of foreign citizens at their place of stay, as well as in the part of receiving documents required for the registration of foreign citizens at their place of residence or for their registration at their place of stay in accordance with Articles 17 and 22 of this Federal law¹.
