Decision on Termination of the Employment Contract
The decision to terminate the employment contract - in connection with the adoption by the authorized body of the legal entity, or by the owner of the organization's property, or by the authorized representative (body) of the owner, of a decision to terminate the employment contract. The decision to terminate the employment contract on this basis in relation to the head of a state-owned enterprise is adopted by the authorized body of the owner of the state-owned enterprise in accordance with the procedures established by the Government of the Russian Federation1.
