Place of mass human presence
A place of mass gathering - a territory of general use on the federal territory, settlement, municipal district or city district, or a specially designated area outside their boundaries, or a place of general use within a building, structure, facility, or other object, where under certain conditions more than fifty people can be present at the same time1.
