Exclusive Position
Exclusive position - the position of an economic entity (group of persons) in the zone of free flow, allowing the economic entity (group of persons) to exert a determining influence on the formation of the equilibrium price for electricity during a certain period of the wholesale market, characterized by the absence of the possibility of replacing the volume of electricity supplied by this economic entity with the volume of electricity supplies from other economic entities1.
