Cadastre Authority
The cadastre registration authority — a federal executive body authorized in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the Federal constitutional law of December 17, 1997 No. 2-FKZ "On the Government of the Russian Federation", in the field of state registration of rights to real estate and transactions therewith, cadastre registration and maintenance of the state real estate cadastre (hereinafter — the cadastre registration authority) (ceased to be effective as of December 30, 2015)1.
