Inspection Report


An inspection report is a document in which a cadastral engineer, as a result of inspecting the location of a building, structure, room, parking space, or unfinished construction object, taking into account existing information from the Unified State Register of Real Estate regarding such real estate object, as well as other documents required by the requirements for preparing an inspection report, confirms the termination of existence of a building, structure, or unfinished construction object due to destruction or annihilation of such real estate object, or the termination of existence of a room or parking space due to destruction or annihilation of the building or structure in which they were located, or destruction or annihilation of part of a building or structure within which such a room or parking space was located1.
