Agreed — if objections regarding the location of boundaries or parts of boundaries of the land plot are not submitted by the interested parties listed in paragraph 3 of article 39 of this Federal law, as well as in the case where the location of such boundaries or parts of boundaries is established on the basis of a judicial decision that has entered into legal force, including in connection with consideration of a land dispute regarding the location of the boundaries of the land plot (ceased to be in effect from 2019-01-01)1.
