Committee on Personnel and Remuneration
The Personnel and Remuneration Committee — for preliminary consideration of issues related to determining the numerical composition of VEB.RF's Board of Directors, appointment to and removal from (early termination of powers from) positions of members of VEB.RF's Board of Directors and head of the internal control department at VEB.RF, approval of the regulations on executive bodies of VEB.RF, determination of the basis of the key performance indicators system for VEB.RF's activities, and giving consent for employees of VEB.RF to participate in the management and control bodies of commercial organizations in cases established by Russian Federation legislation, determining the amounts of remuneration and (or) reimbursement of expenses for members of VEB.RF's Board of Directors, the amount of remuneration for the Chairman of VEB.RF, approval of key performance indicators for VEB.RF's activities for the reporting year, methods (procedures) for their calculation, and approval of the results achieved by VEB.RF in relation to the aforementioned key performance indicators1.
