Subject of the transport infrastructure of a civil aviation airport, airfield or heliport
Subject of the transport infrastructure of an airport, airfield or heliport of civil aviation - a person who owns an airfield or heliport on the right of ownership, under lease conditions or on another legal basis and operates such an airfield or such a heliport for the purpose of ensuring takeoff, landings, taxiing and parking of civil aircraft1.
