Stake — monetary funds transferred by a participant in a gambling game to the organizer of the gambling game in cash form or using payment cards (excluding monetary funds transferred to the organizer of gambling games in accordance with paragraph 3.1 of this article) and serving as a condition for participation in a gambling game according to the rules established by the organizer of the gambling game1;
