Additional State Support Measures for Families with Children
Additional measures of state support for families with children are measures that ensure the possibility of improving housing conditions, obtaining education, social adaptation and integration into society of children with disabilities, receiving a monthly payment in connection with the birth (adoption) of a child until the age of three years, receiving remaining funds of the maternal (family) capital in the form of a lump-sum payment (hereinafter - lump-sum payment), as well as increasing the level of pension provision taking into account the features established by this Federal Law1.
