Composition of the court in civil proceedings
1. Cases in courts of first instance are considered by judges individually. In cases provided for by federal law, cases in courts of first instance are considered collegially by three professional judges.
2. Consideration of cases in the appellate procedure, except for the cases provided for in paragraph 3 of article 7 of this Code, is carried out by a court consisting of a presiding judge and two judges.
Consideration of cases in the cassation and supervisory procedures is carried out by a court consisting of a presiding judge and at least two judges
