Concept of integrated territorial development
The concept of integrated territorial development - which has been developed by the aforementioned legal entities and includes the aforementioned land plots and (or) real estate objects. The aforementioned concept should include, among other things, an assessment of the territory's potential development and analysis of restrictions established in accordance with legislation on urban planning activities, land legislation and other legislation of the Russian Federation1.
