Maximum share of the total area of buildings
The maximum share of the total area of buildings - in the total area of all buildings that should be constructed on the land plot of a single development institution (in the case of its establishment by the single development institution in accordance with the application provided for in paragraph 6-8 of article 11 of this Federal law) (ceased to be effective as of December 2, 2019)1.
