The execution of a transaction and (or) obtaining a decision that result in the granting of the right to extract (catch) aquatic biological resources — hereinafter referred to as the execution of a transaction and (or) obtaining a decision resulting in the granting of the right to extract (catch) aquatic biological resources¹.
