A conclusion regarding the emergence of a threat to national defense or state security, or the absence of such a threat — conclusions regarding the emergence of a threat to national defense or state security, or the absence of such a threat as a result of entering into a corresponding transaction, or as a result of establishing control in accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 7 of this Federal Law, or as a result of obtaining a license or making changes to the license register, or obtaining or reissuing an accreditation certificate or a conformity document by a joint-stock company under the control of a foreign investor or group of persons, or as a result of entering into a transaction and (or) obtaining a decision that entail granting the right to extract (catch) aquatic biological resources to a joint-stock company under the control of a foreign investor or group of persons¹.
