Full state support and additional guarantees for social assistance when obtaining professional education - provision of children who have lost their parents and children left without parental care, as well as persons from the group of children who have lost their parents and children left without parental care, studying on a full-time basis in state educational institutions of secondary vocational education, state and municipal educational institutions of higher professional education, free food, free set of clothing, footwear and soft equipment, free dormitory and free medical services or reimbursement of their full cost, as well as legally established additional measures for the social protection of children who have lost their parents and children left without parental care, and persons from the group of children who have lost their parents and children left without parental care, until completion of studies at the aforementioned educational institutions¹.
