State Company Highway
The State Company's highway — federal highways of general use located in federal ownership, placed under the trust management of the State Company and used on a paid basis, or federal highways of general use located in federal ownership, placed under the trust management of the State Company and containing paid sections (excluding land plots within the right-of-way boundaries of such highways), as well as highways for which the organization of construction and reconstruction is carried out by the State Company1.
