1) road - a transport infrastructure object intended for the movement of vehicles and including land plots within the right-of-way boundaries of the road, as well as structural elements located on or under them (road surface, pavement and similar elements), and road structures that are part of its technological components - protective road structures, artificial road structures, production facilities, road development elements;

A road is a complex of functionally interconnected structural elements and engineering structures ensuring continuous and safe movement of vehicles and other transport means at established speeds, loads, and dimensions, as well as land areas allocated for the placement of this complex, and airspace within the established dimension
