Reorganization by merger
Reorganization by merger - when a credit cooperative is reorganized by merging with another credit cooperative, the first one is considered reorganized from the day the entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities regarding the termination of activities of the merged credit cooperative is made (ceased to be in force as of 2025-02-05)1.
