An electronic auction open to all for the purpose of concluding a state or municipal contract - an open auction, the conduct of which is ensured by the operator of the electronic platform on the website in the "Internet" network in accordance with the procedure established by this chapter (ceased to be in force as of 2013-04-05)¹.
