The Territorial Program for Compulsory Medical Insurance Development Commission - to develop a draft territorial program for compulsory medical insurance in a subject of the Russian Federation, a commission for developing the territorial program for compulsory medical insurance is established, which includes representatives from the executive authority body of the subject of the Russian Federation authorized by the highest executive body of state power of the subject of the Russian Federation, the territorial fund, health insurance organizations and healthcare organizations, as well as representatives of trade unions or their associations (unions) operating on the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation, on an equal basis. The Commission for the development of the territorial program of compulsory medical insurance is formed and carries out its activities in accordance with the provisions, which are an appendix to the rules of compulsory medical insurance1.
