Insurance event under the compulsory insurance policy
An insured event under the compulsory insurance policy is the death of the patient or deterioration of his health, including that leading to the establishment of disability, as a result of participation in drug clinical trials and provided there is a causal link between the occurred events and the administration of the drug1.
