An authorized representative of the medicinal product manufacturer — an employee with a higher pharmaceutical, chemical, or biological education, or in the case of production of veterinary medicinal products, a veterinary education, with at least five years of work experience in the field of manufacturing and quality control of medicinal products, and certified in accordance with the procedures established by the authorized federal executive authority¹.
