Abuse of freedom of mass media
Misuse of freedom of mass information — 1. the production and (or) distribution of television, video, film programs, documentary and artistic films, as well as informational computer files and software for processing textual information related to special means of mass communication, containing hidden inserts affecting people's subconscious and (or) having a harmful effect on their health, - shall result in an administrative fine for citizens in the amount from two thousand to two thousand five hundred rubles with confiscation of the subject of the administrative offense; for officials - from four thousand to five thousand rubles with confiscation of the subject of the administrative offense; for legal entities - from forty thousand to fifty thousand rubles with confiscation of the subject of the administrative offense1.
