Non-competitive procurement

Non-competitive procurement - non-competitive procurement is procurement where the conditions for its implementation do not meet the conditions provided in paragraph 3 of this article. Methods of non-competitive procurement, including procurement from a single supplier (performer, contractor), are established by the procurement regulations (ceased to be effective as of 2019-07-31)1.
