The result of the design and survey works performed under the contract - the design documentation and (or) document containing the results of engineering surveys, are recognized as the result of the performed design and (or) survey works under such a contract provided that there is a positive conclusion of the expert review of the design documentation and (or) the results of engineering surveys¹.
