Universal Payment Code Service Provider Operator
Universal Payment Code service provider - information system operator that allows money transfer operators who are credit institutions or foreign bank branches, digital ruble platform operator, information exchange service operators, payment agents performing payment aggregator operations, to receive in electronic form the details of the transfer or a link to the transfer details1.
