Verification of possession of an identification key — obtaining by the national certification center specified in Article 13.1 of this Federal Law, evidence that the person applying for a security certificate of the national certification center specified in Article 14.1 of this Federal Law possesses an identification key that corresponds to the authentication key provided by this person for obtaining such a certificate¹.
