Individual clearing collateral — a form of security for the performance of obligations by clearing participants admitted to clearing, and (or) obligations relating to the payment of compensation to the clearing organization and organizations specified in paragraphs 4 - 7 of part 2 of article 19 of this Federal law. Property that is subject to individual clearing collateral may be used for the fulfillment of the aforementioned obligations1.
Individual clearing collateral — property belonging to a client who is a participant in clearing, which cannot be used to secure and (or) perform the obligations of this clearing participant, which are to be fulfilled at the expense of other clients of this participant2.
Individual clearing collateral arises from the moment funds, precious metals, securities, digital currencies, digital rights or other property are credited to the corresponding trading account and (or) clearing account, as well as in the case of using another method of transferring property as collateral from the moment determined by the agreement on individual clearing collateral3.
Individual clearing collateral — a form of security for performance of obligations subject to clearing, as provided by Article 23 of this Federal Law, as well as other obligations provided for by this Federal Law or by an agreement (arrangement)4;
