Risk Committee
The Risk Committee — decisions made by the committee, which is accountable to the board of directors of the clearing organization and whose functions include preliminary approval of the document (documents) specified in paragraphs 5, 5.1, 8.1, and 9 of article 22 of this Federal law1.
