Expansion of the activities of a foreign bank — a license issued by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation that includes a broader range of banking operations from those that the foreign bank is entitled to carry out in accordance with paragraph 1 of article 5.2 of this Federal law, and (or) granting the right to conduct banking operations in foreign currency, if the foreign bank has a license to conduct banking operations for its activities on the territory of the Russian Federation through its branch only in rubles1.
