Founder (participant) - a physical person-bankrupt — recognition of the founder (participant) - a physical person-bankrupt, if on the day preceding the day the Bank of Russia receives documents for state registration of a credit institution organizations, the ten-year period from the date of completion of the procedure for realization of property in respect of this person has not expired or termination of the bankruptcy case proceedings during such procedures1.
