Facts - for the purposes of this Federal Law, such facts (events, actions) are understood as: changes in the composition of participants of a credit organization; increase or decrease of the charter capital of a credit organization; change in the size and structure of reserves created by the credit organization; changes in the conditions of operation of a credit organization related to its reorganization; other facts (events, actions) that may affect the financial position of a credit organization1.
