Interim period
Interim period — begins five years before January 1 of the year in which, according to the approved work plan, the first industrial production is planned to commence. If the first industrial production is postponed to a period after the originally scheduled year, the start of the interim period and the initially calculated upper limit of production are adjusted accordingly. The interim period lasts for twenty-five years or until the conclusion of the Review Conference mentioned in Article 155, or until the day on which such new arrangements or agreements referred to in paragraph 1 come into force, whichever occurs first1.
